FOFO can quietly chip away at independence and confidence, leading to reduced mobility in the future. Thatâs why weâve created the FOFO Club: a weekly class designed for anyone who feels a bit unsteady, has a history of minor falls, or simply wants to build strength and stability in a safe, supportive environment.
In each session, youâll:

⢠Feel steady, safe, and confident
Weâll spend up to 45 minutes working through strength, balance, mobility, and brainâbody exercisesâthen reward ourselves with tea, biscuits, and a good natter. Because at FOFO Club, confidence comes with community (and snacks).
